Our story began when our daughter was diagnosed with a wheat allergy at the age of 12. Faced with the challenge of finding tasty, gluten-free options, we decided to take matters into our own hands.
We started experimenting in our kitchen, creating recipes that not only met our daughter's dietary needs but also delighted her – and our family's – taste buds. What began as a labor of love soon turned into a mission to share these wonderful treats with others facing similar gluten-free challenges.
